I was surprised at how good this product was.
I initially went to the gym to do some light stretching and test the balm which I received today.
I was surprised at how muscle warming it was and how long the warmth on my muscles lasted.

The difference the day after a 4 hour bike ride between using and not using this rub is quite pronounced. I'd say it makes a significant difference to recovery and helps prevent muscle soreness.

Had to give this 5 stars! Very impressed. Tube says balm but it is more of a gel like consistency. A little goes a long way, it has a really pleasant smell which isn't overpowering at all. So definitely not like equivalents such as Deep Heat or Tiger Balm in that sense. The warmth given is superb and lasts long enough for a game of hockey, football, bike ride etc.

Bought by chance, great product. It mirrors what is written by the supplier.
I use it in winter. Before going out on a bike, it helps me both to warm up my muscles and to bear the first impact with the cold. I recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly after applying it.
